Pärnu Jõe Villa house rules

By booking and paying the booking fee, the person making the reservation confirms that they have read these rules. By paying the reservation fee, a rental agreement is considered concluded between the person making the reservation and the house owner.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is at 15:00 at the earliest and check-out at 11:00 at the latest. If the holiday home is not vacated by the agreed time, the tenant is obliged to pay one day's rent in addition.

Entering and leaving the house

Please enter the holiday home through the main door. The key box code will be sent via the booking portal in a separate message on the day of arrival. When away from the house, the tenant is obliged to lock the entire house (front door, terrace doors and windows and close the glazed terrace doors). During the rental period, the tenant is responsible for the preservation of the property of the holiday home (fire, theft)..

Accommodation conditions

Pärnu Jõe Villa has sleeping places for 6 people. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the holiday home. Exceeding the number of people shown out is not allowed.

Good order

The holiday home is handed over in reasonable condition upon check-out, the furniture must be arranged as it was upon check-in. All used dishes must be washed. Final cleaning is included in the price, if the rooms are arranged according to the previous condition.

Noise

When organizing events in the outdoor area during the day, visitors must ensure that their activities do not disturb the peace of the neighbors. From 23:00 - 07:00 do not make noise or listen to loud music outside.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the holiday home. Smoking is only allowed outside by the fire pit.

Safety

In the holiday home and its territory, open fire may not be used outside of designated areas (fire pit, grill). When using a barbecue in the yard, consider the wind direction and the safe distance from the building (approx. 3 m away). There is video surveillance on the territory of the holiday home to ensure the safety of visitors.

Pet animals

Bringing pets to the holiday home is not allowed.

Materiaalne vastutus

The tenant is responsible for damage to the property of the holiday home. In case of breaking or otherwise damaging the property, the cost of replacing the damaged property must be reimbursed. In the event of stains on the furniture of the holiday home (e.g. nail polish, red wine stains, etc.) that cannot be removed normally, you must pay for ordering a separate cleaning service. If the stains cannot be removed, the cost of replacing the damaged fixtures must be reimbursed.

Dishes

Pots and pans, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons and other necessities are located in kitchen drawers and kitchen cabinets. The dishwasher is integrated into the furniture (dishwasher tablets available on site). Dishes must be rinsed before putting them in the machine so that there are no food residues on them. Food waste, coffee grounds, etc. clog the machine. If the machine becomes clogged, the person who caused the blockage pays for the repair of the machine.

Sauna and laundry room

The use of the sauna is included in the price of the stay. It is not allowed to use steam, steam water additives and body lotions in the sauna. A washing machine is also available for guests to use (washing capsules available on site).

Terrace

In the case of terrace furniture, monitor the strength of the wind and, in case of stronger winds, place the chairs and deckchairs under a glazed terrace or canopy. The sunshade must also be closed after use to avoid wind damage.

Hot tub - for an extra fee (50€ river water, 70€ water mains water).

It is forbidden to jump the barrel and add additives to the water. If the cover is on the barrel, it must be carefully removed and placed under a shelter to avoid wind damage.

SUP boards - for an extra fee (30€/board, 50€/2 boards).

Possibility to rent SUP boards, there are 2 boards and life jackets.

Swimming in the river is at your own risk, jumping into the water from the boat bridge is prohibited!

Leaving the holiday home

When leaving the holiday home, please always check that the door is locked, the windows are closed and the electrical equipment is turned off. The air source heat pump must be switched off when leaving. Please put the key back in the key box and mix the code box.
