Enjoy the sauna, water fun in the Pärnu River, and hot tub sessions, or relax on the sunny terrace with a view of the river. A glazed terrace protects against unexpected weather on windy or rainy days. Pärnu beach and downtown are just 7 km away. There is secure parking for cars in the yard. You can also arrive by boat.

Accommodation
Pärnu River Villa is a cozy, two-bedroom house that was completed in 2021. The 45 m² house features an open-plan kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, a shower room with a toilet, a sauna, and a glazed terrace (18 m²). One bedroom has a double bed that is 1.4 m wide, and the other bedroom has two beds each 80 cm wide. The living room has a sofa bed for two. Duvets, pillows, bed linens, and towels are included in the price. Above the bedrooms, there is a loft area accessible by a pull-out ladder.
The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking tools, dishes, and glasses. It also includes essential appliances - a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction stove, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and toaster. Coffee beans, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt, and pepper are available.
Accommodation
The open-plan kitchen-living room features air conditioning. The shower room includes a washing machine, and the shower corner is equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. You'll find a hairdryer and laundry pods in the cabinet. The sauna has an electric heater and offers a view of the Pärnu River through the window. Below the sauna window, there is a hot tub with lighting and air bubbles, available for use at an additional charge; 70€ with city water or 50€ with river water per stay.
Next to the house, there is a covered area that provides a cool shade on hot summer days. There is also a fire pit and a gas grill available.
You can also rent SUP boards. We have two SUP boards and life vests available. Renting one board costs 30€, or rent both for 50€.
Guest Access
Guests can access Pärnu River Villa via the gate at the end of Karukella Street, where there is also parking available for cars. Guests have access to the small house, its surroundings, and the boat dock. The boat dock is shared with the hosts. If you arrive with a moderate-sized boat, you can moor it at the dock.
